Handling of your data

Faude Tec GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as “FAUDE”) takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and adheres to the statutory, in particular data protection regulations.

1. Responsible person

2. General

The following declaration gives you an overview of what type of personal data is collected for what purpose and on what legal basis in connection with our website. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior. In addition, we will inform you about your rights towards us as the person responsible.

3. Data processing on this website

When using this website for information purposes only, FAUDE automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits to us in the server log files. This data is technically necessary for us to display this website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit.f GDPR):

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Access status / HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred in each case
  • Website from which the request came
  • Browser, incl. Language and version of the browser software
  • Operating system and its interface

FAUDE will not assign this data to specific persons and this data will not be merged with other data sources.

The aforementioned data will also be deleted by us after use for the purposes mentioned above (system security and administration).

4. Cookies

Furthermore, cookies are stored on your computer when you use the website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie (in this case us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.

We only use session cookies for the operation of our website. These save a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the common session. 5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), on the basis of our legitimate interests (ie interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases.

The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser will not be merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; In addition, users can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the online offer and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout .

The personal data of users are deleted or anonymized after 14 months.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
